3 Teas That Help You Lose Weight


Although the billion-dollar weight loss industry would like you to believe that there is a magic bullet to weight loss, such as melting fat simply by drinking a cup of tea daily, I don’t believe that.

What I do believe, is that certain herbs consumed by drinking tea can enhance weight loss when it’s incorporated in a lifestyle that supports that goal.If you’re already leading a feel-good lifestyle and you want to boost your weight loss, these teas are an easy way to boost your metabolism and reduce inflammation as well as hormones that make you hold on to fat.

1. Pau D’Arco
